He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Arlie Dee Edgar and William Adam Edgar. He is survived by: his parents, Sandra Edgar Vance and Wallace Ray Vance (Lynn); his sons, Justin Vance (Marissa) and Jeffrey Vance; his granddaughter Violet Vance; and his siblings, Steven Lee Vance and Christi Vance (Keith Markun). He is also survived by extended family members and friends.
