He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald P. Fox and Dorothy C. Fox; his grandparents, Chester, Olivet Fox, Sam and Rose Clark; his sisters, Betty Jo Price and Betty Jane King; his sister-in-law Paula Ferris Weed; his son Donald "Donnie" Fox; and his granddaughter Rebecca Fox.
He is survived by: his wife Donna Fox; his children, Lisa Surbrook (Steve) and Jerry Fox, Jr. (Sherry); his grandchildren, Eric Pace, Erin Pace, Stephon Fox, Jessie Fox (Kat), Elizabeth Abeles (Joshua) and J. Fox (Talisha); his great grandchildren, Gracie Anderson, Vaught Pace, Ruthie Pace, Clementine Fox, Dahlia Abeles, Dorian Abeles and Amelia Fox; and his brother Chester Fox (Theresa). He is also survived by his many nieces, nephews, cousins.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 4th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Robert Barham Family Funeral Home (6300 MS-39, Meridian, MS 39305). A funeral service was held on Saturday, September 5th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Robert Barham Family Funeral Home Chapel (6300 MS-39, Meridian, MS 39305). A burial was held on Saturday, September 5th 2026 from 11:30 AM to 11:45 AM at the BIG Oak Church Cemetery (4889 Old Jackson Rd, De Kalb, MS 39328).
