Jerry Thompson Obituary
We are sad to announce that on July 14, 2025, at the age of 78, Jerry Thompson of Meridian, Mississippi passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Donna Creekmore Thompson; his son Jeremy Thompson; and his parents, Lester Thompson and Mildred Thompson. He is survived by: his daughters, Taletha Swearingen (Scott), Tammara Rigby (Brett), Audrey Otto (David), Emily Duell (Barry) and Katlyn Dawe; his grandchildren, Karli Watkins (John Michael), Bailey Gibson (Cade), Walker Swearingen, Eli Swearingen, Loren Robinson (Jordan), Brandon Kennedy (Emilee), Kristen Robbins (Austin), Henry Otto, Peter Otto, Abigail Duell, Aliyah Duell, Elan Duell and Remy Kate Dawe; his great grandchildren, Easton Robinson, Piper Robinson, Jake Robinson, Magnolia Mae Kennedy, Ruby Kennedy, Rosalee Kennedy, Sophia Scott Gibson and Baby Robbins; and his sister Janice Cross. He is also survived by nieces, nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, July 16th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 4:45 PM at the Robert Barham Family Funeral Home (6300 MS-39, Meridian, MS 39305). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, July 16th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 5:45 PM at the same location.
The Thompson Family suggests memorials be made as donations to Evangel Temple Church in lieu of flowers.
