She was predeceased by: her husband Jesse Foster, Jr.; her parents, Joe Walker and Lena Charlton (Henry); and her sister Eloise Kirkland (Thomas Lee). She is survived by: her children, Sue Ellen Buchanan and David Foster (Kathy); her grandson Steve Buchanan, III; her niece Barbara Hamilton; and her nephew Tom Kirkland (Gay). She is also survived by extended family members and friends.
The Foster Family suggests memorials be made as donations to the Lottie Moon Fund at Central Baptist Church in lieu of flowers.
