We are sad to announce that, on August 5, 2023 we had to say goodbye to JoAnn R McElroy of Meridian, Mississippi, born in Tonawanda, New York. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Karl Nielsen and Geraldine Nielsen; her husband Billy McElroy; and her brother-in-law Ezra Pearce. She is survived by: her children, Vicki Shanaghan (Kerry), Todd McElroy (Susan) and Jeff McElroy (Becky); her grandchildren, Ryan Shanaghan, Phillip Shanaghan (Dana), Kylee Shanaghan, Brandon McElroy (Stacy), Alex McElroy (Jessica), Madison McElroy, Will McElroy and Jake McElroy; her great grandchild Joanna McElroy; and her sisters, Kareen Pearce, Sandra Shiesley and Pam Neaman (Tom). She is also survived by numerous other family members and friends.
In addition to flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions in memory of Mrs. McElroy be made to the charity of your choice.
