We bid farewell to John L Culpepper Jr. of Meridian, Mississippi, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on October 24, 2024 at the age of 79. John touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his parents, John L. Culpepper, Sr. and Hazel Scott Culpepper; his sister Pat Culpepper Shannon; his brother-in-law Dr. Buddy Shannon; and his pets, Rocky and Jackie.
He is survived by: his wife Gaile Culpepper; his children, Jonda Henry (Brad) and John L "Lan" Culpepper, III (Susan); his grandchildren, Myles Culpepper and Katie Grace Culpepper (Zach Kirk); his nieces and nephews, Kip Shannon (Heidi), Scott Shannon, Kerry Fohner and Nicole Shannon; and his pet Joe. He is also survived by extended family members, friends.
