She was predeceased by: her husband Victor Earl Wilkerson; her parents, John Jones and Annie Mae Jones; her brothers, Eddie L. Jones and Larry A. Jones; and her grandson Jason Keith Tibbetts.
She is survived by: her children, Teresa Tibbetts, Robert Battles, Jr. and James Allen Battles; and her sister Ann Allen (Ray). She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and one great great-grandchild.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made to the American Heart Association or to the Alzheimer's Association.
