He was predeceased by: his wife Carolyn Swistek; his parents, Frank Swistek and Angeline Swistek; his children, Lawrence Swistek and Lisa Richardson; his siblings, Daniel, Jerry Swistek and Karen; and his granddaughter Bethany.

He is survived by: his sons, Richard Swistek and Robert Conner; his sister Diane; his grandchildren, Nicholas, Luke, Amy, Elizabeth, Reese, Jared and Tyler; and his great grandchildren, Paiton, Emma Katherine, Brayden, Moses and Lindi.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be shared with Community Christian School.
