She is survived by: her daughter Caroll Ann Hancock; her grandson Justin Hancock; her sister-in-law Evelyn Ingram; her nieces, Kim Smith (Doug) and Rachel; her nephew Jake Smith; her grandson George Seaman; her pet Smokey "Mo"; and her son Michael W. Smith. She is also survived by extended family members and friends.
