He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Beatty and Pat Beatty; his sister Lori Beatty; his parents-in-law, Ernest and Edna Pickard; and his sisters-in-law, Paulette Pickard and Gail Pickard.
He is survived by: his wife Marie Pickard Beatty; his son Josh; his daughter-in-law Yara; his granddaughter Jade; his brother William Keith Beatty (Brenda); and his brothers-in-law, Jackie Pickard, Ray Pickard (Betsy) and David Pickard (Kathy). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, July 11th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Saturday, July 12th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A funeral service was held on Saturday, July 12th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Calendar Mt. Olive Baptist Church (109 Crescent Lake Rd, Meridian, MS 39301). A burial was held on Saturday, July 12th 2025 at the Stinson Cemetery.
