He is survived by: his wife Marcie Duke; his children, Lanna Duke and Steven Duke; his parents, Jimmy Duke and Susan Duke; his parents-in-law, Joe Pat and Bobbie Lannon; his grandparents, Richard and Wanda Dixon; and his siblings, Michael Duke, Shay Duke, Crystal White (Jamie) and Danielle Bedwell.
