He was predeceased by: his parents, Elsie and Donald; and his sister Peggy Kottmer. He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Howell Brock; his children, Kathy Zavadil, Angela Brock, Phyllis Harper (Dennis) and Todd Brock; and his siblings, Janice Brock, Charles and Donald Brock. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren, 6 great-grandchildren.
