She was predeceased by: her sister Donna Kay Anderson (Donald "Bubba" Floyd). She is survived by: her siblings, Karen Myrick (Steve), Julian Cates (Barbara) and Ricky Sledge; and her close friends, Stephen, Beth Tartt, Mike, Paulette Jones, Dr. Dan Fulton, Charles and Doris Alderman.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions in memory of Mrs. Floyd be made to the Meridian Symphony Orchestra.
