She was predeceased by: her parents, Rex Marcum and Maggie Lee Marcum; her brother Henry J. Cockrell; her husband Erbert Rogers; her son Clarence William "Bill" McElroy, Jr.; and her granddaughters, Megan Diane McElroy and Emily Blackmon Edmonds.
She is survived by: her children, Kathy Lynn Blackmon, Jason Rogers (Jennifer) and Mavis McElroy; her grandchildren, Rod Ward (Kim), Tesha Brewster, Meredith Snowden (Matt), Scott Ward, Carlton Brady (Samona), Amanda Cortez (Zac) and Britney Pippin (Andy); her great grandchildren, Austin McElroy, Nicholas Robison, Abbi Blakely (Kam), Seth Ward, Josh Ward, Kennedy Keller, Payton Brady, Molly Katherine Snowden, James Cortez, Wes Snowden, Ashtyn Brewster, Kameron Keller, Luke Ward, Jordan Brady, Leah Ward, Liam Cortez, Aidan Brady, Axel Pippin, Brendan Brady, Elias Cortez, Nicolas Cortez and Piper Pippin; and her great great grandchildren, Ashton, Bentley and Bailey Blakely. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins.
Ms. Neal's Family suggests memorials be made as donations to Central Baptist Church (Meridian, MS) or to the American Diabetes Association in lieu of flowers.
