She was predeceased by: her mother Mary Lou Pace; and her sister Betty Pace Timms. She is survived by: her husband Johnny Cook; her daughter Kimberly Cook; her siblings, Jackie Pace (Terri) and Teresa McMillan (Calvin); and her father Jack Pace. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations be made to The Gideon International Bibles.
