She was predeceased by : her husband Clyde Austin Bishop, Sr.; and her parents, Lewis Cummings and Zelma Cummings. She is survived by : her son Austin Bishop (Barbara); her grandchildren, Ryan Satcher (Cassidy) and Bradley Bishop (Olivia); her great grandchildren, Harper and Easton Satcher; her siblings, Ellen Smith (Vern) and Eston Cummings (Margie); and her pet Mitzi. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.

Visitation was held on Tuesday, May 14th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Robert Barham Family Funeral Home (6300 MS-39, Meridian, MS 39305). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, May 15th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the same location.

In lieu of flowers, the family ask memorial donations to be made to The Building Fund at Trinity Assembly of God in Meridian or Mississippi Children's Hospital.
