It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Michael Otis Collier (Meridian, Mississippi), who passed away on December 13, 2020, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Otis and Bessie Thomas; his parents, Beatrice T. Lee and Leroy Collier, Sr.; his siblings, Sylvia Stephens and Leroy Collier, Jr.; and his nephew Tommy Stephens, Jr..

He is survived by: his wife Nancy; his niece Tammy Miska (Larry); his aunts, Janice Jones (Owen), Ruth Edwards (Don), JoAnn Yates and Penny Thomas; his brothers-in-law, Tommy Galyean (Sharee) and Tommy C. Stephens, Sr.; and his nieces and nephews, Taunia Rice, Amber Collier, Annette Cook (John), Debbie Mathis (Todd), Mandy Galyean, Rachel Galyean, Jeff Collier and Sonny Collier. He is also survived by numerous cousins, as well as great- and great-great nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Otis and Bessie Thomas; his parents, Beatrice T. Lee and Leroy Collier, Sr.; his sister, Sylvia Stephens; his brother, Leroy Collier, Jr. and his nephew, Tommy Stephens, Jr. Due to covid concerns, masks and distancing are requested.
