He is survived by: his children, Jessica Culpepper, Hannah Culpepper, Leah Bellanger and Dylan Thomas (Alisa); his grandchildren, Murphi Raley, Aaron Bellanger, Asher Bellanger, Lane Creel, Layton Creel, Mila Thomas and Lawson Thomas; his sister Pam Culpepper; and his sibling's children, Shanna Scrimpshire (Jacob) and Erin Purvis (Nathan).
