She is survived by: her children, Charles Randall "Randy" Moffett (Cosondra), Tammy Helms (Charles) and Jennifer Crawford (Greg); her grandchildren, Ashley Helms Warren (Jay), Tyler Helms (Ashley), Kiefer Moffett (Emily), Taylor Crawford Lee (Tanner), Cody Crawford (Kaylila) and Lanie Crawford; her great grandchildren, Clara Lynn, Liam and Charles Jay "CJ" Warren; her grandchildren, Emma Kathryn, Sawyer Helms, Evelyn "Evie" Moffett, Jackson and Madilyn "Madi" Lee; and her sisters, Sara Barham and Frances McKay. She is also survived by extended family members and friends.

The family requests memorials be made to: The Diabetes Foundation or Pine Forest Baptist Church's Cemetery in Collinsville, in lieu of flowers.
