She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Pierce and Evie Pierce; her husband Reuben Posey; her children, Ronnie Posey, Shelia Yeates and Cindy Brantley; and her siblings, Robert Clois Pierce (Thelma), Franklin Pierce and Ima Lois Harlow.
She is survived by: her sons, David Posey (Linda), Ricky Posey (Rhonda) and Delmer Posey (Leslie); and her children-in-law, Lynn Posey, Don Yeates and Rory Brantley. She is also survived by twelve grandchildren; twenty-four great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests sharing memorial contributions with Gideon's International.
