She was predeceased by: her husband Leonard "Shorty" Withers; her son Richard DeWayne Withers; and her father Frank Wilson Miller. She is survived by: her daughters, Angela Mignon Smith and Amy Lynn Withers; her grandchildren, Josh "Scooter" Kell, Richard Ryan Kell and Ciera Mignon Scruggs; her mother Alice Ann Miller; and her siblings, Jerry "Charlie" and Deborah. She is also survived by numerous Nieces and Nephews.
