We are sad to announce that, on October 12, 2023, at the age of 71, Philip Wayne Hemphill of Meridian, Mississippi passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse Ray Hemphill and Doris Hemphill. He is survived by: his wife Christine; his son Derrick Hemphill (Misty); and his grandsons, Alex, Triston, Andrew, Peyton and Aidan.

The Hemphill family suggests memorials be made as donations to the Outreaches of Cross Mountain Ministries, at 6215 Porterville Townsend Rd, Porterville, MS 39352.
