She was predeceased by: her son Alan Adams; and her father Frank. She is survived by: her husband Jack Adams; her daughter Ann Metcalf (Jerry); her grandchildren, Nathan Metcalf and Alyssa Metcalf; and her sister Judi Koch. She is also survived by numerous other family members and friends.
