He is survived by: his wife Brenda Blass; his daughter Ashley Smith (Toby); his granddaughters, Scarlett Smith and Madeline Smith; and his sister Pam Pugh (Don). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family, and friends.
