We are sad to announce that on June 9, 2025, at the age of 84, Rayburn Dennis Rush of Meridian, Mississippi passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Odell Rush and Clara Rush; his sister Faye Harris; and his sons-in-law, Jason Marshall, Alex Stuart and Shane Robinson.
He is survived by: his wife Yvette Rush; his daughters, Angela Stuart Jackson (Mike) and Kim Robinson; his granddaughters, Courtney Lietzke (Micah), Tatum Gunn (Alex), Mackenzie Robinson and Mallory Claire Robinson; his great grandchildren, Marshall Gunn and Siobhan Lietzke; his sister Patsy Lovorn (Joe); and his sister-in-law Charlotte Giles.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, June 21st 2025 from 1:00 PM to 1:45 PM at the Northpark Church (7770 MS-39, Meridian, MS 39305). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, June 21st 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Saturday, June 21st 2025 from 3:30 PM to 3:45 PM at the Pine Grove Baptist Church Cemetery.
