He is survived by: his mother Bonnie Holley Lewis of Meridian; his daughter Casey Ward (Leo) of Durant, MS; his stepson Todd Pearson of Durant, MS; his siblings, Robbie Lewis Fornea (Richard) of Pensacola, FL, Randy Lewis (Toni) of Meridian, MS and Russ Lewis of Meridian, MS; his grandchildren, Dyna, Mackenzie, John, James Ward and Hannah Pearson; his nieces and nephews, Nikki Carr (Shane), Bryce Lewis (Katie), Lauren Wooten (Dylan), Allison, Landon and Larson Lewis; and his close friend Dawn Nester.
