He is survived by: his wife Charlotte Oliver; his children, Richard Lavon Oliver Jr. (Ricky) and Brandy Dion Oliver Brunelle; his grandsons, William Connor Oliver and Cameron Oliver Brunelle; his siblings, Joey Oliver, Peggy Kasper, Veronica Martin and Beverly Turk; his brother-in-law Carl Turk; his niece Jessica Smith (Michael); his nephew Ronnie Turk (Kristy); his brother Danny; his sister-in-law Sheri Scarbrough; his nieces, Laurie Wilson (Chad) and Emily Wilson (Brody); and his nephew Robert Scarbrough (Karen).
