It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rita T. Goodman of Meridian, Mississippi, who passed away on September 7, 2022, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Falcon Cullen Thompson and Drucille Hunt Thompson (Hunt); her son Timothy John Goodman; and her brothers, Abe Thompson and Sidney Thompson.
She is survived by: her husband Marcell Goodman; her son Robby Goodman (Lynese); her grandchildren, Grant Goodman and Shelby Sullivan (Brandon); her great grandchildren, Maisyn Baxley, Ava Sullivan and Whitley Sullivan; her siblings, Sandra Lummus (Edwin), Sherry Archie (David) and Keith Thompson; and her sisters-in-law, Linda and Zona. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
