He was predeceased by: his parents, Horace Mosley and Ethel McDonald Mosley (McDonald); and his sister Beverly Hill. He is survived by: his wife Kay Mosley; his children, Rob Mosley, Ryan Mosley (Kristy), Emily Albritton (Darby) and Kristen Oates (Michael); his brother Phil Mosley; his brother-in-law Kenny Hill; and his grandchildren, Darby Pace, Kason Albritton, Benson Oates, Lucy Oates, Ruby Mosley and JP Mosley. He is also survived by nephews and nieces.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 12:30 PM at the Clarke County Courthouse. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 at 12:30 PM at the same location.
