He was predeceased by: his parents, Ronald Gough and Odie Zelle Gough; and his siblings, Peggy Curtis, Elizabeth "Libby" Crawford, Sarah McNabb and Ransom Gough.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara Betts Gough; his brother Richard Gough; and his siblings-in-law, Diana Betts Moseley (Richard) and Elbert Betts. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
