With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Roscoe McCary of Meridian, Mississippi, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on April 16, 2026 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Mabel McCary; his parents, Jimmie McCary and Rachel McCary; and his brothers, David Norris and Junior Norris.
He is survived by: his children, Ricky McCary (Teresa), Randy McCary (Nita), Lynda Warren (Jeff) and Brenda Wilborn; and his grandchildren, Jennifer Davis (Chris), Brian McCary (April), Justin McCary, Tiffany Rice (Mike), Angel Felts and Courtney Stuart (Jeff). He is also survived by 14 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Long Creek Baptist Church in Roscoe's honor.
