He was predeceased by: his parents, Reverend Sephus Garrett and Goldie Garrett; his former wife Glenda Garrett; and his granddaughter BreAnn Garrett. He is survived by: his wife Margaret; his sons, Frank Garrett (Cindy), Sephus Garrett III (Katrina) and Dwayne Garrett; his stepdaughters, Rose Marie Anthony (Glenn), Marcia Geaubert (Glenn) and Michelle Moore; his grandson Josh Garrett (Dana); his great grandchildren, Bryce, Breleigh, Brooklyn and Reese; his granddaughter Krystal Dearman (Kyle); his great grandchildren, Tanner, Kolby, Maggie, Yancy, Hailey and Drew; his grandchildren, Chris Odom and Ashley McLelland (Kevin); his great grandchild Heidi; his grandsons, Seth Garrett and Grayson Garrett; his sister Linda Johnson (Dale); his nephew Tim (Rebecca); Glenn Lafferty.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials be made to Gideons International or Project India so that his life's work of spreading the gospel may continue.
