With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Stephanie Gay Mattox (Meridian, Mississippi), who passed away on May 27, 2025 at the age of 63. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parent Billie Vance (Patsy Vance); her pet Lily; and her mother April Rose. She is survived by: her husband Jeff Mattox; her sisters, Vicky Vance Tiller (Mark) and Tina Vance Thomas (Don); her stepchildren, TJ, Sarah and Michael Mattox (Ashley); and her siblings' children, Amy Tiller Martin, Emily Tiller Wascom, Tiffany Thomas Bouchillon and Jay Thomas. She is also survived by great-nieces and nephews.

She would love nothing more than for you to plant a beautiful flower in her memory or donate to your local animal shelter.
