He was predeceased by: his father Charles Irvin Smith; and his siblings, Charlotte Ann Smith Price and Jerry Lee Smith. He is survived by: his wife Linda Gail Reid Smith of Dothan, AL; his children, Wendy Lynn Smith Romano (Jim) of Dothan, AL and Terry Lewis Smith, Jr. (Maria Sheba Rosaldo) of Kuwait; his grandchildren, Ashley Nickerson (Corey) of Wiggins, MS, Hannah Hall (Tristen) of Dothan, AL, Brittany Smith (Matthew Pulley) of Dickson, TN and Natalie Smith of Dothan, AL; his great grandchildren, Hayleigh, Christian, Hudson and Tripp; and his close friend Frank Jenkins of Macon, MS. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, other family members, friends, and neighbors.
