She was predeceased by: her husband W. C. Winstead; her son Tony Winstead; her parents, Jesse Smith and Lucy Smith; and her siblings, Sadie Hardy (Ollie), Odie Smith (Hester), William Carly Smith, Myrtice Skinner (Henry), Delma Ward Morehead, Ruby Skinner (Bruce), Ruth Rogers Chapin, Hildred Matkosky (Thomas), Nell Ward (Garvis), Bonnie Joiner (Arlo) and Patsy Holloway (Danny).
She is survived by: her son Terry Winstead; her daughter-in-law Michele Winstead; her grandchildren, Lauren Rich (Caleb), Mitchell Winstead (Fiancé' Madison Fisher) and Emma Winstead; her great grandchildren, Mason, Bryson and Demi Rich; her parents-in-law, Carl and Zula Winstead; and her siblings-in-law, Elmo Winstead (Inez), Arlo Winstead (Dot), Mondell Adkins and Mary Gilmore Winstead.
The Winstead Family suggests memorials be made as donations to the W.C. Winstead Scholarship Fund at Meridian Community College in lieu of flowers.
