He was predeceased by: his daughter Lisa Stephens; his parents, Cecil W. Stephens and Jewell Virigina Stephens; his grandparents, G. F. Stephens and Evie Sharp; and his nephew Tommy C. Stephens, Jr..
He is survived by: his brother Tommy C. Stephens, Sr.; his daughter Tammy; his son-in-law Larry Miska; his grandchildren, Eliot Smith (Lauren), Luke Smith, Richie Miska (Angel) and Kim Baker (Nathan); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Ainsley Brooke Smith, Rhett Smith, Ryder Smith, Dani Miska, Nolan McCarra, Nathan McCarra and Asher Baker; his siblings, Kay Stephens Burrage and Tony Stephens (Calie); and his nephew Ryan Burrage (Kristina). He is also survived by numerous other family members and friends.
A graveside service was held on Friday, September 25th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 9:30 AM at the Meridian Memorial Park.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made to North Pointe Health and Rehabilitation Center in Mr. Stephens' memory.
