He is survived by: his wife Jan Bushman; his daughter Amy Temple (Brian); his granddaughters, Ava Grace, Ella McCall and Sophia Terrell; his stepson James Grant (Robin); his stepgrandchild Meredith; his siblings, James Peter Bushman, George F. Bushman and Beatrice Marie Evans; and his close friend Bob Miley.
