He was loved and cherished by many people including: his brothers, Edwin Martin Gaddis (Marsha) of Meridian, Thomas Benjamin Gaddis (Sandy) of Meridian, Gilbert Lee Gaddis (Lynn) of Meridian and Richard Scott Gaddis (Kathy) of Meridian; his sister-in-law Chris Gaddis of Florence, MS; his parents, Edwin Herschel and Mary Louise Shill Gaddis; and his brother Michael Shill Gaddis. He was also cherished by numerous nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family request donations to be made to Sageville United Methodist Church.
