He was predeceased by: his parents, George Fairchild and Patricia Fairchild; his sister Michelle Fairchild; and his father-in-law James Smith. He is survived by: his wife Angela Jean Fairchild; his children, Amanda Lynn Fairchild, William Joseph Fairchild, Jr. and Samuel Austin Fairchild (Morgan); his mother-in-law Jean Smith; his siblings-in-law, Jamey Smith (Jill) and Amey Bailey (Buster); and his brother Robbie Fairchild. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 17th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:15 PM at the Pentecostal Church of Jesus Christ (1404 MS-19, Meridian, MS 39301). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, September 17th 2025 at 2:30 PM at the same location.
