The family announces the passing of William David Rosenbaum Sr. of Meridian, Mississippi on July 21, 2026. William, born on January 25, 1933, was part of many shared moments and relationships throughout life. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Cornelius "Dutch" Rosenbaum and Ruth Rosenbaum (Tatum); and his brothers, Cornelius "Neil" (Lela Rosenbaum) and Perry Rosenbaum. He is survived by: his wife Joan Maire Rosenbaum; his sons, David Rosenbaum (Robin), Daniel Rosenbaum and Drew Rosenbaum (Shannon); his brother Fletcher "Buddy" Rosenbaum (Addie); his sister-in-law Kaye Rosenbaum; and his grandchildren, Taylor, Tatum, Joseph and Jordan. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
To honor his love of animals and community, the family asks for donations to be made in David's honor to the Roadside Rescue, the Lamar School Foundation, or to a favorite charity of your choice in lieu of flowers.
