He is survived by : his wife Lucille "Libby" Talley of Hernando, MS; his children, John David Talley (Penny) of Hernando and Heather Ann Fuchs (Dave) of Rochester, NY; his grandchildren, John Thomas Talley of San Antonio, TX, William James Talley of Olive Branch, MS, Benjamin Franklin Talley of Hernando and Harper Elizabeth Talley of Hernando; his great grandchild Parker William Talley of San Antonio; and his brother David Hugh Talley (Marcia) of Cheyenne, WY.
