It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Beverly Wood Pacas of Mize, Mississippi, who passed away on January 16, 2026, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Fredrick Daniel Wood, Jr. and Roberta Cupstid Wood; her sons, Robert H. McNeese, Jr. (Bobby) and Kevin Daniel McNeese; her husband Rudolph Pacas, Jr.; and her siblings, Diana Costello and David Wood.
She is survived by: her children, Melinda McNeese Braud (Larry), Douglas Pacas (Debbie) and Michael Pacas (Tim Cagney); her siblings, Frederick D. Wood, III (Janet) and Fabia Wood Kassin (Russell); and her grandchildren, Neal Zieske (Kate), Jessica Blakely (Trey), Adam, Eric Sweet, Bethany and Thomas Turner. She is also survived by seven great grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
