He is survived by : his wife Frankie Meadows Garner; his children, Chris Garner (Samantha), David Garner, Keith Garner (Cindy) and Kim Ulmer (Rance); his grandchildren, Clark Garner (Kaylin), Ladd Garner, Frank Garner, Luke Garner, Grant Garner, Mary Garner, Dave Garner, Al Garner, Brad Garner, Jack Garner, Ella Garner, Noble Ulmer and Caroline Ulmer; his daughter Mila Beth Garner; and his sisters, Doris Holder, Donis Simmons, Dimple Nicholson and Marilyn Nolen.
