She was predeceased by: her husband Al Bulger; her stepson Steve Dukes; her parents, James A. White and Nonnie Mangum White; her siblings, Edward White, Wayne White, Gary White and Gertrude Lanier; her stepgranddaughter Courtney Dukes Clark; and her son-in-law Edward Runnels.
She is survived by: her daughters, Nonette Runnels, Annette Mathis (Jimmy) and Suzette Arender (Danny); her stepsons, Stan Bulger (Linda) and Lee Dukes (April); and her niece Jane Cockrell. She is also survived by fifteen grandchildren; twenty-three great- grandchildren; three great- greatgrandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 2nd 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Colonial Chapel Funeral Home of Magee (302 8th Ave SW, Magee, MS 39111). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 3rd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Friday, October 3rd 2025 at the Sharon Presbyterian Church Cemetery (1321 Saratoga Sharon Rd, Magee, MS 39111).
