She is survived by: her husband Danny Cody of Monticello, MS; her son Joseph Cody; her daughter-in-law Kristi Cody; her daughter Tara Cody Gibson (Cory); her mother Peggy Merle Smith; her sisters, Vewanna Nations and Yolanda Lecompte; and her grandchildren, Jadahlin Davis, Jedichi Davis, Hayden Cody, Parker Cody and Lucas Cody.
