He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Lynn Ellis; his sons, Fredrick Ellis, Jarrod Ellis, Chester Ellis, Joseph Ellis and Lendon Ellis; and his siblings, Barbara Wojtal and Ray Ellis (Georgia Ann). He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
