She was predeceased by: her parents, Estus Smith and Mary Smith; her husband Malcolm Blackwell; and her brother Billy Ray "Bud" Smith. She is survived by: her children, Johnnie Blackwell, Yvonne Neal (Joseph), Belinda Pippin (David) and Lisa Blackwell; her sisters, Pat Wilson and Connie Taylor; and her grandchildren, Steven Blackwell, Angela Brandon, Christopher Pippin and Jessica Neal. She is also survived by four great grandchildren.
