He was predeceased by: his brother Jeremy Clark; his father Charles Clark; and his grandparents, C. P., Elner Clark, Hubert and Nancy Lambert.
He is survived by: his wife Rachael Clark; his mother Gwen Young; his children, Jacob Clark, Brayden Clark, Zackery Montgomery and Faith Carney; his sister Chasity Beal (Michael); his grandchildren, Ledger Scott Clark and Blakley Rose Clark; his parents-in-law, Glen Smith and Patricia Smith; his siblings-in-law, Tim and Hope Hawn; his nephew Colin Beal; and his nieces, Kaitlin Beal, Brooklyn Beal, Hannah Hawn and Brylee Rae Laird. He is also survived by aunts, uncles and cousins.
