He is survived by: his wife Deborah Chandler Roberts; his sons, Dwayne Carney (Kristi) of Monticello, MS and Christopher Roberts (Kathryn) of Stuart, FL; his sister Brenda Robertson (Lester) of Sevierville, TN.; his grandchildren, Faith Carney, Taylor Sauls, Chase Carver, Addison Carver and Jarrett Reed; his great grandchildren, James Evan Sauls, Leigh Taylor Sauls and Charlotte Cate Carver; and his friends, Sandra, Jimmy Holland of Jonesville, LA, Sarah, Johnny and Shelby Davis of Tilton.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Baptist Children's Village in Ray's memory.
