With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Samson Caldwell of Monticello, Mississippi, born in Dallas, Texas, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on November 2, 2025 at the age of 68. He was predeceased by: his parents, Obie Joe Caldwell and Clarice Reed; and his siblings, Joey Caldwell and Patricia Caldwell. He is survived by: his sons, Josh Caldwell (Erin) and Casey Caldwell (Erin); his brothers, Danny Joe Miller, Ricky Caldwell, Dale Caldwell and Cullen Ray Lambert; and his grandchildren, CJ Caldwell (Amber), Paige Dennis (David), Logan Caldwell, Taylor Julian, Hunter Holmes, Andrew Caldwell and Mya Caldwell. He is also survived by eight great grandchildren; and a host of family and friends.
